1. Why are your services so inexpensive compared to other companies?

To put it simply, we believe that everyone should be able to access computer support without paying an arm and a leg. Our prices are fair and can be geared towards clients who can not afford the regular fees that other companies charge. It’s not about how much profit we can make as it is making sure that your experience is affordable and fair.

 

2. Do you have to come into my home to fix my computer?

Yes, your first visit will require us to come to your home to assess the computer in question.

You also have the option to use our remote services where we can remotely connect to your computer and attempt to fix it remotely, however, we require meeting you in person before a remote session is setup. See our price grid for more information of fees for this service.
